Ingredients : |
|
1 pound of Liver (Chicken, Turkey, Beef)
1/2 cup Flour 1/2 cup Cornmeal
1 or 2 Eggs 1/2 tablespoon garlic

| How to Prepare : |
|
Grain all of the Liver so it would be in a liguid form. Add it to the other ingredients. Put it into a greased cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven 400 for 20 minutes. Cut into 1 inch sq.
Turn down the heat all the way down as far as your oven well go and do not close the door of the oven. Leave in the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes or until the dough is dry. Let cool, store in a tight container. Put into the Freezer. Do not leave out, it well start going bad if you do not store in cool place. Your dog well go nuts over this treat.
