Ingredients : |

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons liquid soap (do not use antibacterial, dries skin)
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cooked oatmeal, smashed
1 tablespoon wheat germ oil (optional)

| How to Prepare : |
|
| Place all ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in an air tight container or well rinsed used shampoo bottle. Makes about 2/3 cup. |
